I Believe…"Heal the girl and the woman will appear.”
About
I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington. Prior to this, I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Ball State University, where I was a scholar athlete. In my 15+ years of social work practice, I have had the privilege of working in diverse settings with adults, teens, and families experiencing a variety of personal challenges. This opportunity allowed me to witness the unique issues and barriers experienced by women and their impact on female mental health.
I am honored to offer an inclusive, interculturally competent space that empowers and promotes healing for all women and girls.

My Approach
Holistic Therapy
My therapeutic approach is integrative in nature, which means I treat each client as an individual and pull from a variety of therapeutic approaches based on what she seems to need in the therapy session. I also combine a holistic approach with evidence based treatments that are tailored to the individual’s unique needs.
